The following services are included in the daily rate schedule.
Three meals a day and snacks provided and/or ordered according to Plan of Care.
Services of a Registered Dietician directing food service planning, preparation and delivery of foods.
Daily laundry and housekeeping services.
Supervision or care given with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene needs.
Twenty-four hour nursing services including administration of medication and treatments, as well as communication with the attending physician.
Activity programming within the facility and planned outings in the community.
Restorative nursing services to support independent functioning.
The following are additional services available in the facility from other providers for which additional charges will be required. Some of these services may be covered by Medicare or Medicaid based on the individual residents circumstances.
